Why Consistency?
This is a question I get alot. If you follow my instagram page (@ironjaegerbomb) you see I always begin my warm ups with the word consistency. What does this mean for fitness?
What that means is the time is about the same every time, the food I ate is the same (ok almost) and I’m warming up. Consistency in fitness is all about consistent fuel (nutrition) and your timing with your training. Porgramming should always vary however in general.
